I first signed up to Bet365 casino back in 2007 and have been a member there ever since. Only 32Red Casino has had me as a player longer in fact! Quite often when I've reviewed online casinos using Playtech software I've found the CS reps pushy and quite aggressive selling bonuses and getting you to deposit. Not so Bet365, they pretty much leave you to it which I personally prefer.

Bet365 Casino is the full monty when it comes to Playtech's large array of casino games and it also has a number of Live Dealer games which are widely regarded as some of the best in the industry. The Bet365 casino lobby itself is clearly divided into sections delivering slots, table games, video poker, live dealer games and a few unque offerings. The casino software is very easy to install and the lobby simple to use.

Live dealer games aside, the pick of the Bet365 casino games for me are the multi-hand video poker games and some of the new generation slots. When I am doing my online casino reviews for this site I usually contact support to see how they respond. In the case of Bet365 casino, even though I have been a player there for a few years, this was actually still something I had to do as I had never needed them before! That's a good sign I think! The response to my request to put on a deposit limit was quick - it was actioned inside 2 hours.

I've never been too impressed with Bet365 bonuses and promotions. They have become more regular to be fair but the cash bonuses have a high wagering requirement (40x) so I never take them myself. I prefer playing without bonuses (at any casino for that matter) because I like to be in a position to cash out when I am ahead and the wagering requirements attached to a bonus get in the way of that.

Conclusion

To be honest, I thought doing the Bet365 casino review would be pretty easy - and it was. It's a no-nonsense, easy to play casino with a good range of games and good customer service. Not the best for bonuses, but other than that it's hard to find fault.
