I first signed up to Bet365 casino back in 2007 and have been a member there ever since. Playtech software has come a long way in that time and Bet365 are clearly close to the software provider as the games always seem to appear here first. Bet365 Casino is the full monty when it comes to Playtech's large array of casino games and it also has a number of Live Dealer games which are widely regarded as some of the best in the industry. It's easy to install, pretty easy to navigate and has an excellent reputation among UK casinos.

Live dealer games aside, the pick of the Bet365 games for me are the multi-hand video poker games and some of the new generation slots. From the Bet365 casino lobby, check out the 20-line and 25-line slots such as the fantastic "Gladiator", "Hulk" and "Iron Man". Blackjack and card game players also get a good choice at Bet365, although there are more variations in Microgaming-powered casinos such as 32Red Casino and similar properties. That said, the Playtech games here are very playable.

Support & Service

When I am doing my online casino reviews for this site I usually contact support to see how they respond. In the case of Bet365 casino, even though I have been a player there for a few years, this was actually still something I had to do as I had never needed them before! That's a good sign I think! The response to my request to put on a deposit limit was quick - it was actioned inside 2 hours.

Over the years I've never been too impressed with Bet365 bonuses and promotions. You get some filter through OK, but they tend to be small offers - £25 / £50 and rarely tempt players who play bigger bets. But for me it's not a major issue anyway as I prefer playing without bonuses because of the restrictions that get applied and it's not dissimilar at other good Playtech casinos like SEGA Casino anyway.

Conclusion

I thought doing the Bet365 casino review would be pretty easy, and it was. It's a no-nonsense, easy to play casino with a good range of games and good customer service. Not the best for bonuses, but other than that it's hard to find fault. I swap around featured casinos on the homepage of Online Casino UK from time to time and have a list of my best UK casinos both of which will see Bet365 casino as a regular.
