32Red Casino Review

If you are the sort of player who prefers to find a good casino who treats you as an individual, and who rewards regular play, 32Red is the casino I'd choose.

Customer service at 32Red is excellent, although if I'm honest it was slightly better when they only operated one casino, but it is still 30 minutes max turnaround on email support and usually under 30 seconds to pick up Live Chat.

The 32red support team are friendly and efficient and tend to have a more personal approach than many casinos, though it does depend who you get I guess. Like the rest of 32Red, support is based in head Office in Gibraltar, where 32Red casino is regulated. Conclusion

As a regular player here myself, I can vouch for 32Red. They have a VIP loyalty programme that is by invite only and loyal players receive a monthly match bonus usually around £250, although 32red's high rollers tend to receive much more.
